Mhm, I remember having a conversation with Mayank yestaday and he said anyone who has had neg rep doesn't seem to have bars. As to how to fix it I don't know. =/

Members who don't have bars are the ones who have minus points. And timmarus, you have like -22,000 infraction points. So anyway your positive points wont reach 22k, so your at a high minus. So, earn lots and lots of points to get rid of minus ones to have the bar.
Neal, your almost there to have a bar. Your losing lots of points because of red rep. Your total minus is around -4500. But your positives are almost nearby, so you should have bars soon.
