I haven't been 'round these parts of the interwebz for very long, but I have realized that banned members are allowed to post even after they are labeled as "banned."
I'm going to take a guess and say that a certain number of negative rep points will automatically "ban" a member. However, these members continue posting ridiculous things (probably why they were given neg rep in the firt place).
So much for self moderation... |

Members who are banned are not allowed to post. Secondly, those who have negative points dont get banned. You only get banned if you break the forum rules constantly.

You might have seen them online and banned members can come online but see a banned message.
Or they just got banned while posting, so as soon as they are banned, their message wont be posted, they will get error.
