Yeah it sort of felt like there was a lot of 'filler' useless episodes as of late. I'd never been a fan of Elena. She's an annoying bitch. Damon is probably my favourite character though (when Trevino isn't around that is ) Yeah, those characters were a lot more entertaining than others. I don't like how they kill off someone, and they're suddenly alive again in about the next 8 episodes. You can do that once or twice in a show, not every few eps. :s

Oh yes, it's a big guilty pleasure! But I've missed most of the last season with college getting in the way. I don't think I would have taken you as a fan of the show though.
