Yeah, I know what you mean...
Like my biggest two actives things are riding and climbing trees and sometimes after riding (and I ride FAR like 7-12 miles daily, weekends more) I feel like AH. my legs are always sore (not so bad anymore) or it's my back or it's my arms but I love it the same.
And with climbing you're always gonna get cut... it's inevitable... hehe
I guess it's really if it's worth it or not to you.
