I kinda of have a problem?

I'm a 15 year old VIRGIN girl and I have these blackish purplish spots on the skin flap covering my private parts.The spots are usually spread apart by a month or so and there are usually only one at a time. The spots hurt when I touch them and if I pinch them hard enough they break open and spill pus, kinda like a pimple. I know I shouldn't be messing with these things, but I do and then they go away a few days later. Is this just another part of puberty or am I just weird like that?
