    It probably means she supports gay and/or LBGTQ rights. Her being engaged has nothing to do with it.

    I was wondering if you could help me what does this mean? Last Sunday when I went to my friends instagram page I saw that she put a emoji_u1f3f3_200d_1f308.png in her Instagram bio but she’s engaged.
