Don't be afraid of it. Just eat a balance diet high in protein with some fat and exercise regularly and you will be fine. Usually more you exercise the better. Just know when increasing your exercising you will often have to increase how much you eat. (Which is fine just as long as its not junk food) The results will be a nice strong healthy body (after some time, it can take half a year to over a year so be patient.
