Anyone here use tanning beds? I do but at the place I go the lady tell me her daughter got cancer, I am scared this has something to do with her use of the tanning beds. Because her sister just now getting better from being sick with cancer for a very long time. I can't be without a tan, but do value my health. Do you know is tanning beds very bad and cause cancer?

What product if any do you use for extra whitening? I drink a lot of tea and coffe ,I brush and floss regular, but noticed that my teeth aren't quit as white as they should or could be. I heard lot of these whitening products may damage your gums, have you heard this? If you try them will you have to keep on using them? Thanks!

Yes and mixing drinking with other common things can be deadly as well. I know that say if you drink a beer and snort some cocaine, the 2 chemicals react together and create a whole new chemical that can be deadly. Even over the counter medication in the wrong combo can cause serious trouble. Some things you just don't think about untill it is too late I guess?

Whew, I didn't even think of mentioning sniffing glue, gas, paint, and other inhalents. They will give you a quick high, but what does this do? For one it swells up your brain cells, and they can burst causing serious brain damage. It clogs up your sinuses and can cause problems there as well. Not in college but marine biology sounds so fascinating to me. I always loved tropical life in any kind of form. Is there parts of marine biology that lets you just study habits and such of marine life? I would hate to be involved in clinical studies that hurt marine life in any kind of way. I seen on t.v. a octopus that got out of his own aquarium and got in another ate the crabs and got back in his own aquarium. That was so freaky!

Glad to know this just in case. Haven't had any trouble yet but you never know when it may strike. My brother had it really bad for many years. I also would like to add, keep your face and hair clean, keep your hair pulled away from your face and keep your dirty lil fingers away from your face. Fingers are the dirtiest part on us I heard. In general no they do not like heavy make-up. Most of them I know of anyways. For special occassions it's o.k. And only if you know what you are doing. Not all heavy make-up is good. Eyes and lips o.k. but red cheeks is a no no and having different color face from your neck is a no no. Red lips o.k. and eyes made up right o.k., make sure the color os complimenting to your eyes and clothes, not just any wild colors.

My parents always let me have a few sips of whatever they are drinking. Do you think this is wrong? I know they say it kills brain cells and rots liver. But is a little every now and then o.k.? I seen drunks and sure don't want to turn out like them.
