hello. i'm not the skinniest person in the world but im definately not overweight. i feel that the time is right for me to go on a diet, seeing as i've put on a little bit of weight. but i find it really hard to stick to eating 'good stuff'. exercise is kind of difficult too, as all i do is walk. anyone got any tips or anything for me to lose some weight? x

erm, depends how thing were going at the time, but i'd never abort my unborn child. i don't believe in it. if things were going really bad i'd probably consider adoption.

my best friend was expecting a baby last year but, then he split from his girlfriend and she had an abortion. he is really upset about it and now he doesn't sleep at night. he's always depressed and he always say about how he wishes he could of done more. i love him to bits and i really hate seeing him like this. anyone got any suggestions? thankss x

Maybe you should join a club or something, get to know more people and possibly make new friends. I know it's hard for youu babe but keep your head up. Good things come to those who wait.

Just talk to him. But perhaps by yourself instead of with your friends. Of course he's going to feel intimidated if one of them is his ex. If your by yourself he'll be sure to talk to youu.

Basically I have two sisters. One who is older than me and another who is younger than me. I'm not thick but I'm not as smart as the 2 of them and whenever I'm in the same room as the 2 of them they always seem to take the piss of my intelligence.
