Subsituting the pill for the condom is not wise. Even with the high percentage that the pill will protect you (90%+), there is still a chance that you can get pregnant. If you actually DONT want to get a teenage mother, stick with condom + pill. He's right not to trust the pill. And about those SIDS... I dont know...
