Well im high school student whos just finished a short course of metaphysics which covered the existence of God, and if i learned anything at all its that to any human - believer or not that the picture and idea of God is beyond our minds grasp at this time. To me it wouldn't matter cause the justice system is to screwed up beyond belief for the death penalty to be used effectivly. I mean a lot of murder and rapists, sexual predators get relesed on "good behavior" and other idiotic reasons . So i don't really think it would make a large impact.
