I lost about 30 pounds by just eating better, running every day and I love to dance so I do that alot I also like to swim. find things you like to do they gets you moving and stick with it. and drink alot of water also if you are eating good and doing what I said and dont lose weight right away, its still a good path because being healthy is not all about being skinny.

Well it depends I see immature 19 year olds and Very mature 12,13,14 Im had alot to deal with ALOT some things you never had to deal with Im 15 so Im older but I had to go through alot when I was 12 so its really depends you can say that ever 12,13,14 is mature and every 12,13,14 is immature, because I see both.
