Its mostly done as an ending excersice.

PostA suggestion i would make is makes sure that you do the excercises correctly and not at a fast pace. I decided the same thing and started doing crunches and stuff at home but wasnt doing it correctly and therefore didnt find any results I later on took a "strength training" course at school and my teacher showed me the right way and im alredy seeing results(a months or so has passed).. heres a small list of the things we do(twice a week) -crunches(there a difference between crunches and sit ups)…
