Eating things with the smart selection mark on them is known for good health, and Yoghurt is known to be a good diet food, plus granola bars and oatmeal. Anything with fibre is a good food to eat. Make sure you eat enough fruits and vegtables, drink lots of water, and exersise. Try for 20 sit-ups a day and work your way up. Try jogging too.

You can't diet and become taller. To grow, you need to eat, and when you eat and you grow, you become taller. You need to keep eating the right foods and eat 3 balanced meals a day, and make sure you get enough vitamins and nutrition. When you diet, you're not really getting enough food or nutrition, so therefore it becomes harder for you to grow taller and can even stunt your growth.

My Ear!
PostI've cleaned my ears out with Q-tips before, and I did it yesterday and my right ear hurt ever since. I think I may have pushed it in too far because I had a strange sound in it and it kept hurting, so today I had a bath and cleaned it out with some water and was gentle with it, so that made it better for the time. But now it hurts constantly. It just throbs quite a bit, and I don't know why? Will this problem go away on its own?

I have had way weirder dreams than you have had, so there's nothing wrong with you. You're not the only one. You need to stop focusing on this dream so much, and try to force yourself to dream about something else. Think about something else while you are lying in bed, focus on other things to dream about and burn that into your subconscious during the day and night, and it should help you completely forget about the dreams you've been having in the present.

Re: bored
PostWell if you're bored, call up a buddy and ask them if they want to go out biking or go to the store, or just grab your iPod, walkman or whatever and go for a walk while listening to music. Just get out of the house. It'll make you feel better.

My sympathies. I'm so sorry that happened. It sucks to lose people you care about. I've lost people close to me and lost one of my friends to suicide, so I know it's hard but it'll get easier with time. Your cousin promised to look out for him for you, so I'm sure he will do that and I'm sure everything will be fine. Just try to be supportive for everyone, and be there for one another. That's really all you can do, and as long as you stick together you all will come out stronger.

Re: Height?
PostI'm 5,6 and I prefer guys who are taller, or at least my height. I wouldn't date someone 3 or 4 inches shorter than me.
