I kind of think it's important to know what you're putting into your body as well. Find out why it's good to eat healthy (ie. health benefits) and what nutrients the foods you like to eat have. For example, blueberries have antioxidants - find out why that's good for you. The more educated you'll be, the more you're going to want to fill yourself with good things. And yes praise yourself for keeping active and eating right!

I don't think you have OCD unless you find yourself fixated with other things as well (like repeatedly checking the doors as someone else said, or if you repeat movements throughout the day).
