I've been searching everywhere for this film. I cannot remember it's name or what actors played in it. It's about a crazy hacker who hacks into airplanes and purposely crashes them. There is a character on board constantly talking to the hacker. The hacker is in a wheelchair. A police force tries to enter his hideout but some are killed doing so.
