Everybody knows, or at least they should, that a 13 yr old is considered a teen. Not a kid.

So I'm suppose to get my new cell phone today. I get home around 1:00 and wait for hours. I waited until freaking 7:00pm the latest they can deliver. And the stupid jackass doesn't come. Our old phones are already turned off and it is suppose to come tomorrow now. I don't even know if I will be able to bring it to soccer practice.

I think that is is horrible how she treats you. I think you need to stop doing things for her and stand up for herself. You are the child and things are backwards.
