I'm a veggie head too, and think it's a wonderful life-style, as long as you get everything you need to stay healthy. I can't imagine eating meat, it just doesn't seem right to me anymore. When I became a vegetarian my parents were really iffy and didn't want me to take that life-style, but I kept bugging them. Kind of like asking for a puppy and then getting it. It's not like they would have stopped me though. My Mum has drawn the line at vegetarian, and is completely against being a vegan; but…

Friends joke about that, it's normal! You look average, not too skinny, not too much fat. 'Nuff to stay warm in the winter! Lauraxox

  • I was kind of intrigued by this, but raw meat? It sounds... plausible, but highly un-likely. I agree with Luke... Five or more hours of training each day and an adequate amount of protein totally equals muscles.

  • Are you eating properly and taking vitamins? Sometimes drinking enough milk helps with brittle nails. The winter's a hard time for your body too. As for biting... Do something intricate on your nails, [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgIcYK8oLY8&feature=related]YouTube - Checkered Nails [Method 2][/ame] I always do that, and it's kinda thick. Don't want to bite them after. . . XD lauraxox

  • I really like that, I can relate to it a lot. Some of us don't really have an 'excuse' like abuse or anything, but that doesn't mean other shit can't happen. I really like this, it's just from the heart. love, lauraxox

  • Quote from JennyColada: “I like to listen to more angry songs. Songs that yell. I get more angry when I'm hurt than introspective, so I like my music to reflect that.” I agree! I love screamo when i'm sad and just need to stay or be sad. I really like Flyleaf. (YouTube - flyleafmusic's Channel) I can relate to this one, but her songs are amazing, the lyrics are extremely moving. I also like Cassie, it's really interesting. Breathe Today is really interesting too, as well as Much like Falling (po…

I guess when you`re a teenager you`re trying out new things and just trying to live life to it`s fullest. Then there`s peer pressure and all the nagging from your friends. Mostly I just don`t want to be left out or singled out.

  • I hate guys like that, and you have every reason to be annoyed/mad/pissed! I know it's hard, but don't let them get to you! You're wayyy above then Melanie. Can't you see that? Don't fight fire with fire either, it really doesn't help. I agree, it is hard, I try to be nice to all the annoying people all day, and I do slip up. Yet, In the end, if you're nice to him for a while, eventully, he'll see that he's being obnoxious, arrogant, stupid, and immature Obviously it won't happen immediately, li…

^ probably tired, craving... I'm sorry, but when a vegan/vegetarian somebody hears that it's kinda like "*scoff* They didn't try hard enough" or for "Poser..." I find myself craving protein, but since I'm not allowed being vegan yet (if only my parents were kinda like yours) I just guzzle milk. Ermmm Fasting was fun, it wasn't that hard when I had my mind set on it. After a while you go into starvation mode, when you body decides, 'Well, you're not giving ME anything, so I'm going to burn less c…

  • Ouch. Poor phone, I'm sorry. Maybe you could just sit it out, can you get a job to earn money for a cell? Or.. You could steal all the portable phones and smash the landlines against the wall (kaboom) then make your phone calls in the basement. Or give her cough syrup to put her to sleep and then make calls. That sucks

  • Quote from Loopy_Loo: “ u stare at a screen then when u look away everything u see is warped?” Oh, I've seen those before, it just seems so interesting!

I've (really) fasted for a week before, But I can't really imagine 40 days at this point in my life. I'm happy to hear that you're going to be eating two meals a day, have you told your parents that bit of information? Because, I was thinking you were going to be like Jesus and straight out fast; maybe they might have the same ideas? Since you're considering being a vegan you've got to be watching what you're eating at the beginning at least ( to make sure you're starting off well ). Beans and n…

  • I've already done that, I showed my Gram and Dad, they liked it. I thought it was brilliant! How do you find all that stuff?

  • I think going to the new school would be brightest, do you want to (maybe) miss out on the opportunity to have the profession you want? For all you know they might not know about the issue! It could be like starting anew. Then, before you know it, you'd be out and in a job that you love with completely different people and surroundings! But if you stayed at the school you might not get the snide remarks as much, but you'd be stuck with a future that wouldn't be appealing. lauraxox
