That 5/3/1 program actually looks quite interesting. Only problem for me i guess is that i like to fit in at least 3, preferablly 4 boxing/MMA sessions each week. Guessing that'd be rather tricky to build around that. Gotta admit though, the pure strength gains there are appealing - and yeah, it looks like the system is very effective. It's actually funny, even over the last week or so i've been browsing here - there's been about 10 "post your penis size" kind of threads, and there's people here who have posted in several with different lengths each time. I think people try to make themselves look good based on how the thread has gone so far. So yeah, most people talk shit. 6 inches isn't massive, it isn't small - but its certainly nothing to worry about.
