Yeah, yoga can help, and running... stuff like that. Uhm, talking? Lol, I know it sounds really cliched, but just catching up with a friend and having a good ol' chinwag helps. Do you have depression, or just feeling low in general? 'Cause I have depression, and I know how it feels when you just wanna cry all the time, and generally I find that both those things help take my mind off've it, if nothing else.

Hehe jeez thats scary^ When I had mine it didn't hurt at all.. I'm not too great with needles (who is?) but I reckon it was the least painful needle I've ever had, because they aren't putting anything other than the needle into you.

He's always been pretty heavy, but I've been seeing it more and it feels like I never see him without a bottle in his hand. I was just wondering if I had any right being worried about it? I mean he doesn't get violent, although he can be pretty nasty and he once locked Mum outta the flat when he was drunk, but still, he goes to work and doesn't go driving when he's had a beer, but I guess 'cause we live …
