A Healthy Snack?
PostI didn't know I was the only one when I was constantly searching my kitchen for something immediately edible. I don't eat lunch. I don't want my day to be controlled by time markers. When I get home from school, I just pick up anything and eat it, until the time for dinner arrives. And there is so little to choose from in this department, I'm starving! So can anyone think of any food that you can pick up and eat, that doesn't have to be prepared in any way that takes more then one minute, and is…

Instead of thinking that you have to catch up with what everyone else are doing, you need to get a realization yourself. You need to realize how socializing fits into your life. And it can take time. If you know you passively learn, like if you hang out at sites that deal with the matter (like here,) just let it flow. You will find your own solution. Not the solution for everyone. If you need to talk to someone, just hit me up.

PostFunny, I've actually experimented with this a lot. It has... some secret treasures. The common breaking point is 20 days, and the experienced average breaking point is 50. You can go without it for ever once you get out of the habit. It's because we have addicted our bodies to it. Like eating. Trick is, it gives wet dreams.

What's that knocking on your door out of rhythm? A drummer. Well, I am an apprentice drummer myself, and I am definitely of the more considerate kind. I have always wondered; exactly what instruments are actually hard, and which aren't? I have read a single note from someone, that drumming is one of the most complex instruments to play, but otherwise nothing, on any instrument.

Re: Death Metal?
PostOf course I haven't listened to much of it. Such short messages should not be made if you have well thought-up reason. But the death-metal I have listened to so far has had horrible lyrics. Cannibal Corpse go "we just treat it as a horror movie, y'know?" Well fine, but that's definitely not good music then. It might be all you wanted it to be, but pure goreslasher material can't get you anywhere in terms of real art. I haven't heard everything by Death. I only own The Sound of Perseverance. If y…

As much as society is brainwashing me to think it's okay, I am against both. Everything that hurts people outside of the abuser himself should be banned. You take others' choices. This has never been a part of our principles. If there was a way to somehow only host fool-proof private sessions for abuse, fine. But when it affects others; out.

Everything that hurts other people than the smoker needs to be illegal. I don't care about your health. You're free to jump out a window if the 5 seconds of fun is worth more than life to you, but when you go stoned out to your car, and drive into me and kill my family and I, it's no longer your choice.

Remember, the one quality of being human. You are free. We have no purpose. We have no job in life. Only staying alive. This means you can put everything behind you. Of course that's hard for you now, but you don't need to worry about things... acts... that do not deserve to be worried about. Do not try to enter the standards of other people. Follow your own. I am sure you have dreams. Thoughts... The people who have mocked you don't deserve a fuck. Don't worry about them one second you can avoi…

The reason why "emos feel above other people" is that they feel they are the only ones to have realized the downsides of life. We are so spoon-fed with how the world is perfect by society, that when you finally realize this is wrong, you feel enlightened and different. Usually, beneath their defensive exterior, an emo is a nicer person than the average guy.

1. Of course, it all comes down to your style. If you're wearing baggies and what-not, everything above 1 is probably fine

Re: Death Metal?
PostI don't listen to the really growly stuff. When you growl, you better have the reason. And these Death Metallers never have the lyrics and importance to back the growling up. It sounds so out of place and childish. I get through some of it, where it's more of an altering to the singing. I like Death and Gojira.
