  • Oo the Samsung looks nice, but for some reason I don't like Samsung. =S Blackberry confuses me. =P

  • Ok so I want a new phone..I should start of by saying i know absolutely nothing about the different kind of cell phone, what I should or shouldn't buy etc. I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me advice on what kind I should by, if I tell you a few things I like about phones etc..? Btw where I live there's no Tmobile or Verizon or..any of that stuff. I like: -Sony Ericsson -Nokia Features I want: -An excellent quality camera -Themes for the appearance -Voice Recorder -Can hold a memor…

  • Thats the first thing that comes to mind for me too. =/ Besides if it wasn't something sexual..why would her boyfriend need to know? Although she's only 16, and she's a strong Christian too so she wouldn't get sexually active with him anytime soon soo.. If it's that though, why would she say it's really hard to figure out? Being sexually abused is unfortunately a bit common..

  • I'm usually good at guessing things I guess. =/ She doesn't want to so I won't force her to..plus she know it's not a game, and since she told her sister I guess she'll have someone to talk to about it if any serious actions need to be taken cuz of it..whatever 'it' is..I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what the big 'secret' could be. I rather be able to guess it than make her say it.

  • Ok, if someone tells you that something happened when they were younger that: 1. No one else knew about until about a month ago. 2. It's a pretty big secret. Even her parents don't know. 3. Recently she got a boyfriend and she had to tell him in order to answer an important question he asked. 4. He tried to guess a lot of horrible things before she told him, and none of them were right. When she did tell him he was completely in shock.. 5. He wanted her to tell her parents, but she didn't want t…

I disagree..there is hope for our planet. =) It's not just money..education is key too. People like Pranit, who are trying to make a difference, are making people aware of global warming, of things they can do to help our planet. There's so many science and technology, one day someone somewhere will come up with methods that can help stop global warming. It's possible..Impossible is not a word for me, just an excuse.

  • I believe in Jesus. Why? Cause I choose to believe in him.. I've felt his presence, had amazing encounters with him. He's done too much for be to doubt his existence. Even during the worse times of my life- I'm still a human being, I have hard times too..but I still believe in him. I believe that he loves all of us more than we can even imagine. It saddens me that some people may think differently of me, or pre-judge me for saying that...for being a Christian. I hope there's no one like that on …

  • My thoughts on abortion? One word: Murder. If I met someone that had one though, I wouldn't look down on them for it.

Personality wise..I go for the sweet, funny guy who can be romantic, one who has depth..trusting and loves me, but at the same time can be tough and strong at the right times. Appearance wise..usually dark curly hair, any colour of eyes really, strong and sort of big(in comparison to the skinny guys anyway) but not a six-pack or humongous or anything..just not small either. Also, being able to sing is a plus.

  • Music can actually be very influential on people's minds, depending on the song and the person of course.. sounds like those songs have a not-so-good effect on you. =/ I'm sure there's others who feel that way, you're not a freak or anything. =P but that doesn't make it right, or good. My advice..don't listen to that stuff. Like delete it from your laptop/ipod etc..

  • Thank you for sharing this with us. You opened my eyes in the sense that I've never seen anyone want to live on the streets before, and I don't mean that in any bad way. It's just so interesting(to me). I'm glad that you appreciate your dad and his girlfriend and what they're doing for you, and you seem to respect them a great deal. As for friends, most of them might be like that but I'm sure there's a few who you would get along with and even like? About running away..well running away is almos…

Well where I live there aren't thrift stores or designer clothes etc.. (you're probably all like, 'where the hell does this girl live? How does she survive?!!) But na, shopping here is like...no one cares about designers (not very much anyway), theres loads of stores, it's all brand new, some cheap some expensive but no brands. What mostly matters is how the clothes look..not who designed it. =) I have been to canada before though, and my favorite places to shop there were stitches and garage.

  • Quote from The Sorrow: “YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.” Wow, you can tell from the way he talks that he knows about Christianity..know what's sad? He knows more than a lot of people that are actually 'Christians'..sigh. (Btw when I saw you replied to this thread, I was glad to see that you didn't direct that towards me =P lol )

  • I've been depressed/suicidal/lost etc at the same time as one of my close friends in the past.. I'm not going to condemn you for that pact.. but I will say that maybe you should try what me and my friends do. Instead of saying "If you don't kill yourself, I won't," how about trying to help each other live? We cheered each other up..we were there for each other, talked and listened. Be her friend. Tell her things that you think will make her happy sometimes. I agree with Josh...don't go down toge…

  • Quote from ThailandTom: “What would you do if someone was to say that you are wrong, it does not exist or something along those lines?” ..are you talking to me? You didn't say who that question was directed towards, but just in case it is me I'll answer. I'd probably nod (not in agreement, but just to indicate that I understand.) and say that I believe it's the truth, but I can't force you to believe anything, you're entitled to your own beliefs so ok.

I think neither is better than the other. both are beautiful [: sometimes it depends on the person though, curly hair may look better than straight for some people and vice versa.

  • I don't think Christians should force Christ on someone..if someone wants to accept Christ, they will. It's just their job to lead them and show them the option, make them aware that they can etc..and if the person wants any further help they'll ask for it. But I also think no one forced the non-christians to read this thread. Why not just ignore it? Just for the record, Christianity is pretty cool. It's not some mindless religion where you only pray to God and have faith in things that never ha…

  • I agree with Jenna..and tell them how you feel. They're fortunate to have a loving daughter who cares so much, hopefully they'd recognise that and hate that they're worrying you enough so that they'd stop, at least in front of you. Just be honest with them.

I know, but it could be part of the root of the problem if you think about it..the attachment I feel to my friend can be hormones, and if losing that friendship is causing the depression...i don't know if you follow, but yeah. The pixels in my post? loll..yeahh. I'm going to church tomorrow..I go with my best friend so I'll see him there. =/ I'm getting the feeling that depending on how he behaves will decide my mood, unfortunately. Sigh. It's like he has this control over me without intending t…
