Yeah TapouT is an expensive brand and thats probably why I only have one shirt from them, either that or some of their shirt's designs I really don't like xD. But yeah I don't think they'll be near $15 unless maybe they're not that good. Doesn't hurt to keep looking though, I'll let you know if I find anything out.

It doesnt bother me that much but I wouldnt mind its always good to care for someone and spend time with someone you like. But right now its whatever happens, done trying :x

PostOkay so I heard about this game like 3 months ago and wow lets just say its going to look great. They're the creators of the game "Crackdown" for the xbox and heres the website. What do you guys think? It isn't being released until Spring of 2010 but its accepting beta apps and hopefully beta starts soon! Its definitely going to be worth the wait. Also good news, they're not doing that monthly subscription fee which is a plus. apb.com/

PostBeing 13 its kind of hard to accept yourself especially in a society like this where beauty is almost everything. You'll learn to accept yourself overtime, be glad of what you have and to me its definitely personality over looks. And always stay positive

Yes Cardio is the number one key to losing weight, you'll lose the fat but gain muscle. Another thing is watch what you eat and eat healthier. Never starve yourself that just sounds horrible and isn't good at all. If your goal is to lose body fat then do more strenous cardio like swimming, running, and fast biking for a good 30-60 minutes a day.

I basically jog, go to the gym since I have a membership there Mainly weights and ropes Also I take supplements one thing I take is Animal Pak (11 pills is disgusting but you learn to love it) and GNC's Extreme Wheybolic 60 which is damn right expensive but its worth the 60g of protein and it doesn't taste that bad...atleast in my opinion lol
