I like looking people in the eyes when I talk to them or make any contact. I've found from experience people to be kinda fishy when they don't/can't maintain eye contact. Saying that though, say if someone suffered from social anxiety they'd probably find it hard.

Fasted cardio in the morning (on an empty stomach) is very effective. I wouldn't do a huge amount though, a good half an hour jog will get you going.

I've been on cam 'exposed' to a girlfriend before, and then saw her naked on cam a few times, plus received pics I'm sure. There were only a few, I have one left somewhere on my old PC. No matter how good/bad things ended between us, I wouldn't send them on or show anybody - I still have respect for her and I wouldn't appreciate somebody doing that to me.
