I used to adamantly believe that anyone who thought that 9-11 was any form of inside job was a little off in the head. After a while, though, I began to really wonder if 9-11 was a rouse by the US government to ruffle the gullible "typical American's" feathers. Does anyone really think that our government (especially the CIA and other similar branches) isn't so scandalous they'd sacrifice hundreds of their own Americans and thousands of civilians in the Middle East for their own gain? It really …

Am I the only one who thinks kirwan464 is trolling? His argument's been snapped in half several times by several different people and he keeps going. Quote from Cheerfull_Aaron: “The rep system is a joke on this site, the same people rep each other everyday to achieve stars ect. No way anyone can accumulate 10000 rep points through proper posts. ” I have over 10,000 on another forum, where you have to rep 25 people before you can rep the same person again, and can only give out 10-15 reps a day.…

Quote from kirwan464: “No man should be allowed to lay a hand on a girl in any other way than a lovingly way. Any guy that would ever do that diserves to hang from the gallows by his balls.” Now that is sexism. My mom is physically a lot stronger than her boyfriend, and when they used to get into arguments, she's usually the one throwing the punches. She's actually beaten him so badly before he had to go to the hospital. But if he ever hit her back, the cops would hall him to jail (but not my mo…

Quote from Assaultrifle: “Bring it on, we'll kill them all. No one can invade the United States unless they bomb all of it with nukes.” Not sure about other countries, but in all honesty I think if Russia and its allies really wanted to, they could take out the US military and government. It would be messy on both sides, which is why neither country wants a conflict, but if it ever came down to it, Russia would probably win (without having to take out the entire country with nukes). :\

I've never drank to avoid depression, but I used to drink a lot on the weekends until a couple months ago when I got a hellish hangover that made me never want to get drunk again. I wouldn't go that far though, because that would put you pretty close to alcohol poisoning... :\ It's kind of hard to know how to help you if I don't know the root of your depression. Does it stem from a current situation you're in like friends, family, studies or financial problems? Or a lack of certain nutrition tha…

What American foreign policy pretty much boils down to: nateneoconservativezu0.gif So I can understand the rest of the world's bitterness. :\ I think if the Americans who say "well it's not that bad," were to live anywhere else in the world for a while and get a third person perspective of what's going on, they'd probably feel differently. The US is wearing the patience of what few true allies we as a country have left. I hate to wish bad on anyone, but sometimes I think this country needs to be…

Quote from asoiafdude: “Laughed or Cried? Hah. Palin has just as much time as Governor as Obama does Senator, and I would daresay Governor gave her more experience than Governor did Obama. ” There is far more to being a politician, let alone a vice president, than experience alone. You can have decades of experience and still screw up your country.

I am 100% against reinstating the draft. Not because I'm a coward and afraid to be sent off to war, but because I believe it should be one's choice whether they go off to war or not. Going to war does not always equate to "serving your country," especially if you do not agree with the war your country is fighting. If one does not support a war their country is fighting, and genuinely believes their country would be better off without it, they are doing their country service by not fighting it. I…
