    I've been collecting stories of (healthy) teenage weight loss for a friend going through a tough time. She keeps giving it the old 'I'll always be overweight'. It's not even like she eats a lot or is lazy, she must just have a slow metabolism or something. If anyone has any successful teen weight loss stories (yours or someone else’s) I’d appreciate it so I can show her. Maybe get her spirits up.

  • Usually before I got for a shower, since my scales sit next to the shower.

  • He doesn't actually need to 'finish' or you to become pregnant. It could be any number of things but a pregnancy test is really just a waste of money at this point. You could very well be pregnant, it could be the drugs or it could be anyone one of a number of things. The only thing you can do is wait a while and take a test (when I say 'a' test, take a few) and try take better care in future either way.

  • Nobody else can really tell you how much you need to lose/gain since it's purely a matter of perspective. If you would like to lose weight, you lose weight. If you want to put on weight, you put on weight. It's your body, you will look great either way.

  • Before I go out eating I always check the menus online so I know I'll be able to have something. Plenty of places have some great vegie choices, you just need to plan ahead a little.

    Yeah chill with the beer next time. Stress can really have an affect on your sexual ability, getting hard or otherwise. The key there is to relax, take a breath and enjoy it rather than worrying so much.

  • She might just be trying to keep it as her parents want it for now. My advice is keep talking to her when she's online or nearby but stop going out of your way for her, it won't be worth it. If nothing else, keep her as a friend. If it becomes more in the future, great. If not, well you didn't go out of your way all the time. Hope it works out
