i took it once & i got my period on the day my cycle normally starts. if its more than a week or so late than the pill might not have worked, because it doesnt really interfere with your periods. your period should be normal. it works like a regular birth control pills, it has a high dose of a certain hormone that prevents pregnancy. you wont know if its worked until you get your period, so just be paitent.
