Without drastic measures, the only way to control it is psychologically; which is counter intuitive to going with the flow and enjoying it.

In the UK it's pretty much just how you write your personal statement, perform in your exams, and depending on the college, how you perform in the interview.

  • Pretty much reads like he's just using you as a sex toy or indulging in a guilty pleasure. Is your current situation a private thing, i.e., is it just between you and him or do other people know about it (in real life)?

  • Quote from Blastoise: “Pretty sure the OP when her mum is talking to her?” What? 'Her' gender is set as Male and 'she' looks like a guy. And to expand, I'm questioning that as a male, why does the OP not have selective hearing? I thought it was the underlying trait of being male! It's helpful in relationships when the other half starts nagging

You've only just done your GCSEs and people are demanding you know your aspirations? That's simply ridiculous. I didn't have any career ambitions until my final year at college, even those have changed. Your GCSE grades are great. Why the other colleges haven't accepted you is beyond my comprehension, and you could try writing to them to find out why they didn't accept you, given your grades. The problem with BTECs are they are quite limiting to your future. For example, my best friend started w…

  • Have you asked him why he's fine for you to do this to him, but not vice-versa? I don't mean talking specifically about sexuality. Also, does he do the same with other guys or is it just you?

  • You haven't developed selective hearing?! You're definitely not ready for a relationship! :p When my mum starts talking I generally stop listening unless it affects or involves me.

Quote from Kerosene: “I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I got pregnant while using birth control pills and condoms and both were used properly. It's the exception and not the rule obviously, but it happens and it doesn't mean that I should have either NOT have sex or give birth to an unwanted kid just because my protection failed.” You missed the most important part of that sentence. Quote: “if you're not mature enough to use it every time” There are indeed exceptions where contraception …

My tastes are beyond genre, they fall more on a song-by-song case. It's very rare that I even like all the songs from a particular artists (in fact it's happened once - VV Brown).

Quote from loving: “he is excited” How are you alone then? The oops I got pregnant best abort, is not right. If you didn't want to get pregnant, there is contraception and it works, if you're not mature enough to use it every time, you shouldn't be having sex. Therefore, go the full term and seek putting it up for adoption. There are thousands of families who want children but can't and are waiting to adopt. They have the life experience, especially in responsibility, and environment to bring up…

  • Quote from Cyndaquil: “Yes, helping people do a good thing is a noble thing. Helping people do a bad thing is a bad thing. Noble deeds would be going out of your way to help somebody for the good of him and/or others. Never for harming others ( unless its self-defense, your buddy is getting his ass kicked, etc.)” If I save Billy Bob Joe and Gladys from a building on fire, is that a good deed because I'm risking my life to save others? It turns out he murdered the ten children in the building and…

Quote from TheYip.com: “How do you protect yourself from things like being rapped?” Guns don't kill people, rappers do! On a more serious note, I'm not paranoid, so I don't feel the need to defend myself from hypothetical situations.

It's natural to want to hold onto a strong connection and be scared of progressing it. However, the moment you both continued to share intimacy (the hugs in the bed might not be sexual, but they are a very intimate behaviour) is the point where your friendship heightened to a relationship. Even if it is foggy. You don't have to find out whether he is gay, in fact his sexuality doesn't matter. What matters is what he feels about you, and to get him to open up, you should take the first step by as…
