I'm not a dude but I like anything from no makeup to tons of it. I see it as an art-form almost and I love bright colors. I'm not talking about people who just splatter makeup on their faces but people who are really good with blending and all. It's basically just another way for people to express themselves like hair, clothing, ect. I don't see why so many think it's gross. =/

Yeah, try doing crunches. They work a lot better I've heard. I have been doing crunches lately, I only did about 20/25 a day a few times this week and I already see a difference. =)

I used to get those feelings, my throat would tighten up and I'd get heart palpatations. I'm pretty sure it was just anxiety or panic attacks. My mum has them too. I haven't had those feelings in while now though so it'll probably pass.
