So Im 18 and all my life Ive loved dairy products. Drink milk, eat ice cream, cheese, etc. all the time. But within the last 2 weeks, everytime I eat ice cream or drink milk Ive been getting some of the worst stomach cramps Ive ever had! I didnt think anything of it the first couple times but with it happening everyday I starting paying close attention to what I eat and it seems that this happens with the dairy products. So could I just randomly become lactose intorlerant?
