That doesn't sound like a particularly plausible explanation considering the amount of swearing that is allowed on this site, including this previous post of Subhuman's Is there a reason for the deletion of my post concerning the word "iff" in the other thread? I don't recall there being anything objectionable in that post.

Yeah I saw this yesterday afternoon. I don't necessarily think the use of a tazer was justified, but it's very hard to gauge from the video exactly how dangerous he was being to the police and how dangerous it would have been to try and handcuff him through the use of normal force (which can often result in broken arms or something).
