Lately, my two friends and I were planning on trying out for tennis.
We practiced together and everything seemed fine, until we heard that the coach would cut about 10 people in order to make the tennis team.
They both tell me I'm good and not to be a show-off, I'm good.. well to what people say
But, they are equally as good as well!
Just that sometimes they don't do as good as the others.
I wish we all could make it.. but all of the girls are good.
Just some are better than others
If they don't make it and I do, should I just quit the team?
I would still play tennis. It might be a good thing! It would be great if your friends made team but it's a great opportunity to make new friends if they don't. Plus tennis is bomb.
Well, looks like you need to sort out priorities. If you want to quit tennis over partners, maybe you're not dedicated to the game enough. I don't mind whoever it is during my weekly tennis sessions as long as they are good. My priority is the game, not a specific partner as it would narrow down skills. If you like those two persons as friends, you can stil continue being friends even if you can't play tennis together.

Congratulations to people who did it. A small act of poetic justice for the 11 million men, women and children killed by Americans.
Go for it, it's a good opportunity. The decision of who gets asked to join the team is not yours, and I think it would be pretty unreasonable for her to try and stop you. She might be a bit jealous though, so try and be understanding.
Thanks for all the advice and information people :] .. <3
I guess I might play tennis still.. well yeah if they were my real friends they would support me..
wouldnt they?
