So I'm thinking now what I need to do to get fit for the Navy i might get my physical this year, or maybe after 6th form. But I want to be ready, a way we spoke about in school was about creatine helps your muscles and keeps you going. I have found alot of stuff of this today.
Before you say anything creatine is in everybodys' body...
I can find it cheap (online with a google store not of black market

) and I really want to use it, but dont want school people to know tbh. Also I need to know if its ok to take it whilst going into the Navy, what I'm waiting for a reply.
But overall I want your opinions about the supplement..
Note I didnt use drug as it is not one!
