Re: Examssss D:
The educational system in our country is kinda weird but it's one of the best educational systems in Europe. An year is split into two parts (called semesters). 8th graders have 3 exams in each semester in order to advance to high school. We have exams at: Romanian, Maths and History/Geography (we must choose one). Also, from grade 5 to 12, a grading system is used with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst and 5 is the minimum passing grade. On my first set of exams (first semester) I got the following results: Romanian - 8.50; Maths - 9.15; History (that's what i chose) - 9.50. On the second one i got: Romanian - 8.50; Maths - 8.50; History - 9.40. Now, that I have passed the exams with very good results, I can go to any high school in my county (including The National College B.P. Hasdeu which is the 4th best high school in my country). Anyway, in order to apply for a profile with intensive English (or French - but I chose English) language learning we have another exam which is made from two different mini-exams: a test paper covering the whole English learned in the last year, and a English talking/speaking, pronunciation & vocabulary test. I have this exam this Saturday. To pass this exam I have to obtain at least a 6.
Do you people think I can pass this exam? Most of you are English or Americans so it won't be hard for you to say if I suck at English or I don't.
PS: Remember: The exam is covering a beginner to average English level, so we don't have to be perfect English speakers right now.

Re: Examssss D:
I read through some of your posts and I think you're going to do well in the English exam. I mean sometimes it's kind of hard to differentiate what you're writing from what you're trying to say, but that happens to the best of us! Good luck, and don't sweat it. You're very smart

Re: Examssss D:
Damn you're lucky with your A,B,C,D and 1,2,3,4,5 mark systems. Unfortunately here in Greece it's much more complicated. It's from 1 to 20 (20 is the best).
Anyway, I've Algebra on Monday, a lot of things to learn, thanks god I like maths

Do you mean the highest mark you can get, or you got the highest marks of any student in Russia?!
Well done, anyway... o_o
