Splits
I have to get my triple splits this year. I have the summer to do it. I need advice. I've been working on them for a long time (3 years) and I don't think I've improved at all. I've tried a three week to get your splits workout, but after a week and a half I saw no improvement and I gave up. I also did them everyday in practice and still no improvement. How can I get my splits?
