No idea. I've never revised in my life.
I imagine take anything that could distract you away from you, out of the room.
And set a couple of hours to do it, while having regular breaks otherwise you'll just get bored. Your brain can't concentrate for that long.
That's what I always remember my teachers saying anyway.

my advice, seriously go into a room, with no tv, laptops, computers, phones. just peace and quite, take your books and go through them and make a summary of the stuff you have done :]
every 30 min or so, get up move around or something, then come back to what you were doing
