tomorrow my school has Athletics Carnival...
so i was wondering if your school has sporting houses
that compete with each other throughout the whole year?
we have Foster and Turner. we got put into either of these
when we first come to our school.. and on our school PE tops
we have blue collars for foster and red collars for red & you get
the colour of what house you get put it... you get my drift??
and FOSTER is the best, duuuh & we win everything :] seriously !!
so whats the go with sporting houses or something at your school?

Yes, we have 4 but it isn't just for sport, it's for basically any competition from maths challenge to environment competitions.....at the end of the year one of the houses gets a cup.
We have a competition between form groups too. It's like a small soccer championship. We won last year and I expect we will win this year too as we are on the 1st place with 17 points and the 2nd place has only 13. They can't recover the difference on their last match Anyway, this summer I am going to high-school in another town b/c the school in out town has only 8 grades (that's the educational system in our country: 8 grades in a normal school + another 4 in high-school), so I'm not going to be a part of the 'championship' next year.
Yes mine has four reb, blue, green, and yellow i belong to red and we won last term YAY

yea we have four houses which are called morven, lochnagar and clachnaben (whooo i spelt it right) we have a competition over the whole year and there are a mixture of sporting and intellectual competitions. Each house has it own colour which are yellow for morven, red for lochnagar and blue for clachnaben. im in clachnaben and we have won every year my year have been at school.
we have 4 houses that are suposedly for everything but they have been in place for a year now and it has only been sporting events and it is all 'organised' by the PE department. the house are called Wembley, Lords, Wimbledon and Twickenham
We didn't have them at my old school we did it in tutor groups. We won ours when I was in year 10... I did the last part of the 4x100m relay we won ^_^ and I came 2nd in the 200m too my only ever achievements in sport
