Swimming
Any swimmers here? If you are a swimmer, what stroke do you swim?
I swim backstroke and freestyle.

Re: Swimming
I used to swim lots a few years ago and I swam 1000 metres in freestyle (front crawl).. got a badge for it as well
I can swim all strokes but I'm most comfortable in breast stroke or front crawl. Breast stroke is less tiring than front crawl..

Re: Swimming
I'm in Australia as well
I used to swim (squad) but now not much
My sister is like ranked 8th in Australia for either the 1500m or 800m freestyle (can't remember) for her age group.
I can still swim pretty fast though even thorugh I don't train (31 secs for 50 metres)

Depends on the season. If high school swimming isn't in season the every other day for an hour. But if high school swimming is in season then every day for two hours.

Re: Swimming
I'm just a casual swimmer that does it every now and then to try and make some type of attempt in keeping fit and getting enough exercise at my nearest pool.
