I'm pretty much addicted to speed with intensity attached to it, i practice downhill XC mountain bike riding daily. When it's in the shop for repairs, i usually rollerblade/play basketball to kill time. |

I always stay fit and enjoy my job as a Bike Messenger so I do these: cycling, running, basketball (power forward), soccer (all), football (middle linebacker), hockey (all but I'm a great shot), volleyball (I'm ok at it), and finally swimming.  And I am dead serious about all I said.  [6'2'' 149lb.]

But it doesn't stop me. If it's really that unbearable just weight lift or take some Advil. Today I crashed into a metal trash bin, I have a HUGE bruise and swell in my left shin and a very very big hickey like wound on the left sided of my neck. Still won't stop me from exercising.
