'Cause soccer is internationally popular sport.
It's a played sport here but not well honored for guys to play, and this is where the whole sexism crapp comess in, sayin girls can't play guy sports, so if your a guy and you play you get looked down upon cuz your suppose to be playing "bigger, better manly sports"

I think Man Utd-Chelsea champions league final or the Germany-Turkey game would dispel any suggestions that soccer is a girly sport..

Try hitting a little white ball the size of a fist going at you at around 100 MPH with a skinny bat. Some people get hit by balls going that fast, some get hit in the head. In my opinion, I think people take it WAY too seriously. Yes, it's a fun sport to play but come on... It's a fucking sport. People make it seem like it's a damn religion. People bash it because most proffesional players are wooses. Almost every tackle is a foul now. I play football for my local team, and i can tell you it is NOT a girls game. Some of the tackles that fly in, in some of our matches could seriously hurt! Most of them coming from me! lol.

Oh and football isn't like a religion, it IS a religion! Haha
