I use to play Soccer, but a quit a while back. It's not a girl sport at all. It's actually a rough sport if taken seriously.  We were in a game when an opponent killed the ball right into the face of one of our players, it can be a brutal. |

I know but what i'm saying is in football (or soccer) a single moments brilliance can turn the game on its head more then in other sports.

It's most definitely not a sissy sport...  I've seen two broken legs happen right in front of me.
Then again I have a season ticket at Blackburn and according to everyone that watches football we kill at least one person at every game.
Anyway... American football is called armoured catch where I come from  and I don't think it could be any more true. It's like a misjointed rugby game with lots of adverts!

Not really.
A moments brilliance can be decisive in any sport.
Though I agree football is very exciting.

Can't touch the ball with the hand/arm. Shoulder is ok, though.
When making a tackle, you have to get the ball FIRST.
The offside rule (in its current form) is a bitch to apply to a scenario.
Thats about it really. But I'm tired, so I've probablies forgotten something |

It's a pretty easy sport in my opinion but i dont bash it. I only dislike it professionally because a large majority of the professional players are the most arrogant assholes ever. They cheat and have horrible sportsmanship. Remember thats on the professional level not when just for rec or whatever. Not everyone is that way but a bunch are

its totally not a girl sport
i got in it my freshman year
i didn't make it to the first game
i used to smoke ALOT back then i did
one practice half way through they
said we could go get water
and i bounced! so i give you
credit! i would love to do it
you proably have nice legs!
and thats what i wanted but my ass is to lazy!

i bash soccer for a couple of reasons, been brought up playing rugby league and union and seeing a total lack in contact just makes it a sissy sport to me, even though you brake bones, so does every other sport. Just not entertaining for me, I like to people get absolutely smashed in a tackle.
Not saying that soccer players aren't tallented, because they sure the hell are, amazing footwork, just like to see the footbal in the arms of some guyin gettin lifted off the ground my two guys who are about to smash him into the ground ruhahhaa.

I don't think that there's anything wrong with soccer. Of course, there is less physical contact in it when compared to other sports (like rugby or American football), but it takes skill and great footwork to be able to maneuver the ball.
