hi there, for all that dont know i lovve surf, but i cant practice it too much cause im too away from beach, anyway i wanted to know if any of you did some surf too, and if not at least i wanted to know if you would like or how you feel about surfing

umm,,, to me surfings a lot like sakte boarding. But others say diff. But anyways, i tried surfing twice, a few years ago, when i went to stay with my sis in houston Tx. She too me to the beach, and i wanted to try out a surf board. she knows how to stay on a surf board, and thats about it. For me it was hard to get balance. cuz i kept falling in the water countless times. But never really gave it up. But i got like my sis, where i was able to stay on and ride the waves back to shore., I still have a hard time with the turns, cuz i turn in to sharp, and the boad go under water. but Yea, i know a little about surfing, i want to get better at it though, so i can try wind surfing. Cuz that looks way COOOL.

i would love to learn to surf but the board cost alot of money =/ so i guess ill be waiting till i get a job.

me and my dad go to the beach abit but for waves we need to drive for like 2hours to get some ok waves and me and him only body board =] its still fun

Yea, it does cost a little, but well worth the cost. Its a lot of fun, even though its hard to balance. Its still cool.

Yeah I surf when ever I can, we recently moved close to the coast so yeah, tO get a cheep board talk to surf schools they usualy have old boards or know of some one who is willing to sell you a cheep board or the surf school or shops may even give you a free old banged up board.

I LOVE TO SURF.
best thing invented.
i try to go everyday i can.
even if it invilves leaving the house
at 4AM its totally worth it.

Surfing is stellar. The waves where I live tend to be like the pipeline. You just have to know where to go to get the right waves. I like when the storms are coming in and the waves are higher than you are. Best time to rip.

as far as my water sport lelvel is :

i went to a hotel in my country [surrounded by sea] and as water ski was free, i said i might try... after seeing an old man, a French i think do the that,, i thought it was soo easy.. but when it was my turn,,, i couldn't even stand on that damn water.... i kept sliding and either my hands let go of the bar or my legs won't keep straight... i tried 3 times and was too humiliated to go on... *grr*
