Spanish Teacher hitting on me!!!

Okay The title says it all. Its really starting to freak me out, I'm out of school now, but i see here all the time around town, Shes single,, well thats what friends tell me anyways. Shes twenty six, and i'm only 18. Shes been doing weird things while i'm in class. And askin me if i've got a gf. I don't. But tell her yes. It was working there for a while, but shes found out the truth. I need some kind of advie on this. Should i go to the school board about this. Or to the cops. She wont leave ,me alone. PLEASE someone tell me what to do to keep her away from me, I've tried to tell her to stop with all the texting, But she wont, My friend greg thought it was cute and caught on to what was going on, and gave her my cell #. I'm going to change my # soon. HELP PLEASE. Anyone.

Report to the police, it's harassment and harassment is a criminal offence. Also she is breaking some laws as you are her pupil.

Well yes and no. O(ne time she gave me a ride home, cuz i missed my bus, and then she started messing around with my jeans, Saying that i would look better in slim ones verses baggy ones. that made me realize that she was up to something. It creep'd me out. So ur saying i can call the cops and say shes harassing me, Ok. i'll do that, if she keeps it up. i already told her she needs to stop what shes doing, I don't like it at all. Hmm...well it is harassment, but technically only that. You are of legal age to date, so it's not illegal in that sense. If she becomes too much of a problem, then you should report her to the cops for harassment.

But you should probably report her to the school board as well as the police, if she's hitting on you than she might hit on another student. It's a total disruption to your learning environment.

Well Yea its harassment,, And sadly YES, i am old enough to date, I'm of legal age. 18. But still i don't like having my spanish teacher hitting on me, GROSSS. Okay yea for the most part shes pretty hot. For a young school teacher., But not for me to even think of dating, I'm way way WAY to young. I mean comon u guys. This is nuts. I'm there at school to learn, not to have teachers hitting on me. She texted me again today and asked why i wont talk to her??? HELLO,,, Even though i'm 18 do's not mean i'm up for grabs. And even if i were, i would not even think of going out with a older woman. Just talking about this creeps me out. YUCK. Anyways thanx for the help and advise on this.

Well yea its crazy. And nope even if she were just some lady, I would still have a problem with it. I'm more into my age groupe. Anywheres from 17 to 19. May b twenty. Any older or younger is not for me. Plus its weird.

Either way she sounds obsessive and clingy. Any girl, reguardless of age who acts like that does not need to be in a relationship.

One of the teacher's at my school actually got married to a girl who he used to teach. It's rather odd.

^^^yea i know a couple thats the same way. Shes like 12 years younder then him. But that was when i was in elementry school. I don't know whats in the minds of ppl this day and time, but to me its odd and weird. It makes me not want to start dating again.

I don't think age gaps are weird unless it's like a teenager and a grown adult. Things like that rub me the wrong way. I mean, if a lady is 42 and dating a 56 year old. That's fine, I don't see anything wrong with it. But if it's like a 26 year old man and a 15 year old... It's just not right, and the older one in the relationship should know that enough to not show their feelings or make a move on the younger one.

Thats what i mean. I think its wrong to even think of having a relationship with a teen thats underage And an adult. an adult and a teen just does not go well together.

Yeah man I get what you saying. But what I was trying to say is that it would have not been as weird.

you should tell her that you'll report her to the police if she doesn't stop.. but i think you should report to school first and keep all her text messages as proof...
