They use be Vitamins as their major source of energy,

Gah, that stuff is so bad for you. I avoid them at all costs.
Coffee has actually been proven to have more caffeine than those drinks, even though the labels say the drinks have more. The chemical in those drinks though is chemically different...which is why people like me, with low blood pressure and blood sugar issues, can have heart attacks if I drink them. |

Ya. I used to think they were nasty too. Then my mom got me a pack of monsters and NOS for Christmas thinking that I drank them. So what could I do? Had to drink em. Since then, I've been hooked on them like I'm addicted. | |

I have very low blood pressure, I can drink lots of energy drinks and be barely affected.
I don't choose to drink them often though. Diet Vimto for me  | |

I had the chance to work for XS energy but the guy who wanted to was very annoying plus I didn't think anyone knew about it so I turned it down. I drink energy drinks occasionally. I had a 5 hour energy once before a baseball game and I hated it. It made my heart race and whenever I ran I felt like it took me so much longer to catch my breath than usual. | |
