Every time I use torrent my internet keep disconnecting and reconnecting. Does anyone know the reason why it keep doing that?

You'd need to tell us more to really say. However, at a guess, if you torrent a lot your ISP is probably throttling your connection, which basically means they're limiting your connection to the internet and ability to downloading because they think you're torrenting.

are you kidding me? You are telling me you never ever downloaded a file illegally ?

There are lots of factors that go into why a torrent doesn't download or why your internet acts that way. You'll need more details than that.
