Hey I am 16, 5'4" and I weigh 106 pounds. Is that a good weight? Is 102 a good weight?

That's too light, especially for a guy.
A normal 5'4" girl should even weigh more than that.

Yes, it is too light.
I am not very heavy myself 113lbs which isnt that heavy, so 102 cannot be very heavy at all.
The weight i am is average for someone of that height range.

I think 106 is a perfect weight. I'm taller than you I'm 5,7 now and 90 pounds so you weigh 16 more pounds than I do, so at least you weigh more than me which is good. My weight is what you call un healthy.

you can't really judge someone elses weight off of that.
