wellp yea when i was younger i was like that i hated people didn't wanna talk to them see them hear them i was on anti depressants and then i didn't like how those made me feel so i was like fuck it and forced myself to start going out with friends and talking in front of the class in high school stuff like that now it doesn't bother me i just forced myself to get used to it and now its easy ^^

that is nearly the same as me...i have panic attacks when i go to partys/gatherings and i usually reject the invites. I can rarely go out with friends as i worry about stupid things like not being with my family and not being at home so i end up having a panic attack and calling my parents to bring me home.

I was diagnosed with turrets syndrome when i was 4 so that is proberly the reason for my anxiety.

I have had therepy,anger manegement, seen psycaretrists and i have to take 7 tablets a day to stop me getting hyper,to nervous,and keep me calm.

If the problem persists then go to your doctor and ask about it. My problem got so bad that i could not go to school and i failed some of my exams (but i got to rertake them and got straight As) The condition depends on your age, you can grow out of turrets if you are lucky but me and my mum still has a mild case of turrets and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)

I had (and continue to have) this same problem


What I do is I practice conversations, any type of conversation in my head before I ever might need to use it. It might sound a little tedious, but it helps me a lot at least. (This isn't for specific conversations, but ones you may come about in your day-to-day). Try that? Good luck.It's not easy.
