I push myself to hard. I once worked out so much I threw up bile and blood. If i don't push myself then all was for lost.

i go out of my way to mess up anything that loks "to perfect" like dog tagging book pages biting pen caps putting scratches in wood anything to give my stuff a flaw?

i used to have some, but i realized that if could control myself, bit by bit they would dissappear, currently i have none.
the best way to erase those habits, it's to have some self control and stop doing them, it can be hard at first but eventually you will not be doing that stuff again.
