Money: -1,462 | GCSE Stress I'm doing my GCSEs this year, and the stress is really getting to me. On school nights, I'm not sleeping and in the hols I'm not much better. I think I've got 2 big Science exams in just over 3 weeks, with 17 or 18 exams from May onwards.
I don't know what to do, but these are making my life hell.
Any advice??? Please? |

just chill about it, i decided i'm not starting to revise until sometime in January, the courseworks very annoying but once you do it it's out the way and done.
best advice is probably to keep on top of work and do it all when you get chance, i went on holiday at the start of this year and missed a couple of weeks, when i got back i had loads of catching up to do and it was really stressful and depressing knowing that i had lots to do. Also be confident and plan like a revision timetable or something, you also need a social life aswell though |

You're right - the coursework is annoying. In science, our coursework is done as an exam and if we fail we lose 33% of the GCSE |

Choirs good, your tutuor actually cares about you?! lol ours buggered off to Aussie and never even told us, we all hate him though |

if you have a revision book, do ONE page a day on either chemistry, physics or biology (whichever your studying at the moment). that way you are not overloading your brain, and you'll find revision much easier.

do all 3 sciences at the same time, just different lessons. iT's a good idea though, we were given a revision book so if you space the time out and revise a page a day from it, you'll soon learn and pick it up |

Chemistry is about the periodic table, the mole, cooking, chemical formulae etc...
Physics is on motion, space, forces.
Pretty much everything. |
