Lil advice please
Ok, hi to those who know me, haven't been on this in quite some time. Basically, univeristy aint working out too well for me, it's the hardest thing in the world for me right now, my bf has a heart infection, is in hospital and also died for 23 seconds the other night, my daughter is driving me nuts and is starting school very very soon, and i just lost my job (yay go me!), am in the middle of university exams now too, and i simply can't cope with all of this together. Been seeing a counsellor but it's not helping too greatly. It's almost 6am here and i haven't slept in 3 days because i've been so worried and so torn apart by everything that's going on and i'm trying to fix everything, but i can't, my support (my bf) is temporarily gone cos he's barely able to walk without collapsing, just don't know how to deal with this. The whole ordeal has me horrifficly depressed and my daughter is picking up and that and is reacting against it making things even more difficult.
Anyone got any suggestions as to how i can even start to unravel this mess and try make things better?

Re: Lil advice please
I can't, they are university exams. They have to be done or i get an instant fail for the year and will not get into uni next year. Have my exam timetable, once the times are set by the university there's no changing them unless you yourself are dying or something.

Re: Lil advice please
Would it be at all possible to leave your daughter with a friend or someone for a day or two so that you can have time to yourself to possible just take care of yourself or study for your exams or do anything that you need?

Re: Lil advice please
I was actually thinking about that. And thinking that perhaps my boyfriend's mother would be the best person because all my friends are doing exams, and she knows about my situation and whatnot, plus she's a great woman.

Re: Lil advice please
I hope that she would be willing to do so and that the time to yourself will help to take some of the stress off of you.

Re: Lil advice please
She'd be more than willing, she youngest child is now 15 and she's always offering to babysit anytime myself and my boyfriend want to have a night in/out together. She's like a mum to me already, we really close so it's great.
